2½ c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter
¾ c. white sugar
¾ c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. water
2 eggs
1 c. chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a small mixing bowl, sift together the flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside.

Cream together the butter, sugars, vanilla and water. Beat in the eggs. Gradually add the flour mixture. Add in chips. Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 10-12 minutes. Best when light golden brown. Makes 3-4 dozen cookies
