½ t peppermint extract or 7 drops oil of peppermint
A few drops red or green food coloring

Directions:

Mix together to form a dough-like substance. Roll into ribbons of dough about 1 inch thick and cut into bite-sized pieces. Or, you may roll out like cookie dough and cut with small jelly and aspic cutters.
