2 large artichokes
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup wine
1 lemon, zested and juiced
4 small cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil artichokes until tender, about 30 to 45 minutes depending on their size. When tender, drain water and let cool. When cool, slice in half and spoon out the choke. Combine olive oil, white wine, lemon zest, lemon juice, salt and pepper and mix well. Brush the artichokes well with the marinade and grill, basting frequently.
