. Balsamic vinegar
c. virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp. minced garlic. ( - Tbsp. dried minced garlic)
2 tsp. Stevia
1 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
tsp. salt
⅛ tsp. black pepper

NOTE: Can also use c. red wine vinegar in place of Balsamic vinegar. Optional: add minced onion or thyme

Dissolve salt in vinegar. Add remaining ingredients. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
