Personal Notes:
My Aunt Bonnie (Lobb Boland) was a terrific cook. This is a potato salad I remember from our many Lobb family summer parties. You don’t have to worry about food poisoning with this one. The heat of the summer just makes it better. Bonnie was my mother’s only sister. My cousin Mary Ellen called her mom (Bonnie) and my mom (Marie), the Ditsy Sisters.
