1-2 lb baby red potatoes
2 T oil

Sauce:
1/2 C (Heinz) chili sauce
1/3 C honey
2 tsp hot sauce
2 tsp vinegar
1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp garlic powder

Directions:
Directions:
1. Boil potatoes in salted boiling water for about 20-25 minutes, until fork tender, then drain and cool. Once cools, cut into quarters
2. Combine all sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Whisk to combine.
3. Heat oil in a large, deep frying pan over medium-high heat. Add potato pieces and cook, stirring often, for about 5 min (or longer if needed), until slightly crispy.
4. Pour sauce mixture over potatoes. Continue to cook, stirring often, for 5-8 minutes, until sauce is reduced, and potatoes are sticky and coated.
