1 whole chicken
Liquid Smoke
Onion
Garlic cloves
Worcestershire sauce
Seasoned salt
Celery
Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Wash chicken.
Quarter onion, celery and garlic cloves.
Stuff chicken with onion celery and garlic.
Turn chicken upside down (breast side down) and pour olive oil over chicken,
then pour worcestershire sauce over, then liquid smoke and then sprinkle
seasoned salt.
Turn chicken over and pour oil, worcestershire,liquid smoke and salt over the top of the chicken as well.
Bake at 350º for 20 minutes per pound.
