1 lb ground hamburger (you can substitute with ground turkey but need to cook a little longer)
bread crumbs
1 8 oz. can of tomato sauce
1 egg
1 onion finely chopped
Ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Mix hamburger with egg and bread crumbs until somewhat dry.
Put in onion and tomato sauce, mix well.
Put in a meatloaf or bread pan (you can also use a casserole dish, but you might have to adjust time in oven).
Squirt a thin layer of ketchup on top of meatloaf.
Bake at 350 for 45 Minutes
