Ingredients:
Cooked chicken (I always boil my own chicken and use the broth for this recipe)
8 oz. shredded cheddar
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 cup of chicken broth
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can of chopped green chilies
1/2 pint sour cream
10-12 flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together cooked chicken, 4 oz cheddar, onion, green chilies

Blend with 1/3 of the soup mix.
(Soup Mix: 1 can of cream of chicken soup, 1 cup of sour cream)
Add about 1/2 cup of broth to remaining soup mix.
Stuff flour tortilla shells with chicken mixture.
Roll and place in casserole dish.

Top tortillas with remaining soup mix and top that with remaining cheese.

I then add some more broth to the casserole to prevent sticking.

Bake at 325º for 30-45 Minutes

Serve with Pace Picante Sauce
