Strawberry Bread Recipe

Rose Caplice


1 1/2 cup flour
1 tspn salt
1 cup sugar
2 eggs beaten
3/4 cup nuts
1 tspn baking soda
1 1/2 tspn cinnamon
1 10 oz. pkg. frozen strawberries (don't drain)
1/2 to 3/4 cups crisco oil

Mix dry ingredients add remaining ingredients.
Bake at 350 for 1 Hour
Cool 10 minutes before removing from greased loaf pan.
Wrap in foil.
Store in refrigerator.
