1 oz. can of pumpkin
1 GF yellow cake mix

NOTE: You can add chocolate chips, raisins or nuts, if desired.

Mix ingredients together until well blended. Fill cupcake liners ¾ full. The batter is really thick. Bake at 350º for 25-35 minutes.
