5 eggs, well beaten
12 oz large curd cottage cheese
3/4 cup sugar, mixed with 2 T flour.
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups milk
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 tsp almond flavoring.

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.

Mix all ingredients; bake in a 9 x 13” pan (Pyrex). Start at 400 until it starts bubbling, then reduce to 350.
Bake until firm in center, about 1 hour.
