Ingredients: ¼ c. warm water ⅓ c. sugar 1 packet yeast (2¼ tsp.) ¾ c. milk 4 Tbsp. butter, melted 1 egg + 1 yolk 1 tsp. salt 3 c.gluten free flour

Directions: |
Directions:Combine warm water, sugar & yeast in a small bowl an let set for 5 minutes. Beat together milk, butter, eggs, salt & yeast mixture. Stir in flour 1 c. at a time. The dough will be pretty thick. |

Ingredients: 2/3 c. brown sugar 1 Tbsp. cinnamon 4 Tbsp butter, melted

Directions: |
Directions:Divide the dough in half. Set one half aside and roll out the other on a well-floured surface. (Don't roll it too thin, 1/3" - 1/2" is good.) Brush the top with butter & sprinkle with cinammon-sugar mixture evenly over the top. Roll it up an cut with a sharp knife into 3/4" - 1" slices. Repeat with the other half. |

Directions: |
Directions:Combine ingredients in a small brown & microwave until butter is melted. Stir to combine & pour into the bottom of a 13 x 9 glass baking dish. Place the sliced cinnamon rolls on top of the sticky sauce, spacing evenly. Cover with plastic wrap and set in a warm place to rise for about 45 minutes. Preheat oven to 375 while the rolls are rising. Bake 30-40 minutes or until topping is bubbling around the sides & the tops are brown. Turn out onto a plate. |
