First layer:
1 stick butter
1 cup flour
1/2 cup pecans

Second layer:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup Cool Whip
1 cup powdered sugar

Third layer:
3 cups milk
2 pkgs instant chocolate pudding

Fourth layer:
Remaining Cool Whip
Pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350.
First layer:
Melt butter; add flour and 1/2 cup pecans. Bake 10 minutes. Allow to cool one hour.

Second layer:
Mix thoroughly cream cheese, Cool Whip and powdered sugar. Spread onto first layer.

Third layer:
Mix the milk and instant pudding. Pour onto second layer and chill in refrigerator until firm.

Fourth layer:
Top with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle with pecans.
