Oysters Rockefeller Recipe

1 qt. raw oysters
1 onion chopped
1/2 cup minced parsley
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
1 cup grated cheddar cheese 1/4 lb butter or margarine
1 stalk celery chopped
1 10 oz. pkg. chopped frozen spinach, thawed
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Cayenne pepper

Drain oysters, saute celery and onions in butter for 5 minutes.
Add parsley and thawed spinach, Worcestershire, break crumbs, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to taste.
Grease shallow casserole, layer oysters, cover w/ spinach.

Bake at 450 for 30 Minutes

Remove and sprinkle with cheese and thin layer of bread crumbs. Return to oven for 10 minutes.
