Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
1 TBspn oil
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 tsp. salt
1 TBspn prepared mustard
1 TBspn Worcestershire
1 28 oz. can tomatoes or 1/2 jar spaghetti sauce
1 small onion chopped
1 lb lean ground beef
1/4 tspn black pepper
2 TBspns catsup
3 cups cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and green pepper, Add beef and seasonings and cook. Stir in cooked rice, tomatoes (or sauce), catsup and Worcestershire. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes
