¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 garlic cloves, peeled, ends removed, finely chopped
½ lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, washed, patted dry, cut into 1/2 inch strips
1½ cups small broccoli florets washed, dried
¾ cup oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and thinly sliced
1 tbsp. sweet basil
pinch of crushed red pepper flakes
salt to taste
¼ cup dry white wine
¾ cup chicken broth
1 tbsp. butter
8 ounces bow-tie pasta, cooked according to package directions and drained
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese grated

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Saute the garlic for 1 minute until golden brown, stirring constantly. Add the chicken strips and saute until white and almost completely cooked. Add the broccoli and saute until tender, then add the sun-dried tomatoes, basil. red pepper flakes,salt and pepper. Add the wine, broth and butter, cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until heated through, stirring occasionally. Toss cooked pasta with chicken mixture. Sprinkle wit Parmesan cheese.

Makes four 2 cup servings.
