1 2oz. Jar instant coffee
4 cups sugar
2 cups boiling water
1 pint brandy
1 vanilla bean (You can use liquid vanilla if you don't have a bean)

Directions:
Directions:
Stir coffee and sugar in medium bowl.
Add boiling water and stir well.
Cool to room temperature and stir in brandy.
Cut vanilla bean into 2 inch pieces.
Put vanilla in liqueur and pour into a large jar.
Cover tightly and store in a cool dark place for at least 30 days.
Turning or shaking the jar once a week.
It will keep at room temperature for 3 months.
Refridgerate for longer storage.
Makes about 6 cups.
