Blueberry Buckle Recipe

1/4 cup butter
3/4 cup sugar
1 egg - room temperature

1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/3 cup flour
1/2 tspn cinnamon DRY INGREDIENTS:
2 cups flour
2 tspn baking powder
1/2 tspn salt

1/2 cup milk

2 cups blueberries - lightly floured

Flour blueberries.
Mix all dry ingredients together.
Cream butter, sugar and egg separately.
Add about 1/3 of dry ingredients to butter sugar and egg mixture, continue beating.
Add about 1/3 of the milk
Continue alternating dry and wet.
Then fold in blueberries.
Spread mixture into baking pan.
Beat together all topping ingredients. Sprinkle over blueberry buckle before baking.
350 35-40 Minutes
