1 cup splenda sugar free substitute
2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
6 Tablespoons flour
2 - 20 ounce cans of pineapple chunks, drained
save 6 tablespoons of pineapple juice
1 cup Ritz Cracker Crumbs
8 tablespoons of margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Grease a 9 inch X 13 inch pan. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, stir the flour, sugar and cheese together. Add the pineapple and stir until it is blended. Pour into greased casserole dish. In a medium bowl, mix the cracker crumbs, melted butter and add the 6 tablespoons of pineapple juice with a cake spatula until evenly blended. Spread crumb mixture on top of pineapple mixture. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until it is golden brown.
