1 zest of one lemon
1 4-inch cinnamon stick
1½ inch slice of fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
12 cups water, divided
1 cup instant tea mix
½ cup lemonade drink mix

Directions:
Directions:
Combine zest, cinnamon stick, ginger and 2 cups water in a large saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. Strain and discard spices. In a large pot combine remaining water, tea mix, and lemon aid mix; stir in strained mixture. Cook over low heat, stirring often until sugar is dissolved. Increase heat to medium-high; heat until piping hot.
