1 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1 tsp. pepper
1 can Hunt's chili beans or 1 can large kidney beans
1 can tomato soup
1 can water
Chili powder to taste

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium-sized pan, brown together ground beef and onion. Add pepper. Add beans, soup, and water. Stir well. Bring to boil, then simmer for 30 minutes. More water can be added, if necessary. Season with chili power to taste. Serve with grated cheese on top.

This is hands down the fastest and easiest chile you can make. It's great when you come home from a "chili" trip to the beach, a long hike, or a game and don't feel like cooking. My mom wasn't one for spicy foods but my dad loved it. She used to omit the chili power but we'd catch my dad in the kitchen sneaking some in!
