stick butter
c chopped onion
c chopped celery
c chopped green pepper
1 c catsup
⅓ c chili sauce
3 T fresh lemon juice
1 T soy sauce
1 lb frankfurters, thinly sliced
4 c noodles, cooked and drained

Directions:
Directions:
Saute vegetables in butter. Add next 4 ingredients, cover and simmer 10 min. Add franks; simmer 5 min longer. Alternate layers of noodles and sauce in buttered 2 qt casserole and bake 20-25 min at 350.

Mom's note at the bottom says: Recipe calls for 1-1/2 c cottage cheese mixed with the noodles. I'm guessing one of us wouldn't eat it that way.
