cup sugar
tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
tsp. ground ginger
tsp. ground cloves
2 large eggs
1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
1 unbaked 9-in, deep-dish pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425 F. Beat eggs in large bowl. Mix in sugar, salt, and spices. Stir in pumpkin. Gradually stir in evaporated milk. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 425 for 15 mins. Reduce temperature for 350. Bake 40-50 min. or until knife comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.
