3/4 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ginger
1/4 cup cloves
2 eggs
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin
1 can (12 oz) evaporated milk
1 9 unbaked deep dish pie shell

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425.

Mix sugar, salt, ginger, cinnamon and cloves.
Beat eggs in a large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Stir in evaporated milk.

Pour into pie shell. Bake for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 and bake for 40-50 minutes.

Cool 2 hours.

Serve immediately or refrigerate.

Top with whipped cream.
