Small head of green cabbage or bag of Cole slaw
2 stalks celery
2 carrots
1 green pepper 1 tea. celery seed

1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white vinegar

Directions:
Directions:
Take head of green cabbage and cut into thin slices then chop. Can use a bag of pre cut slaw and using a chopping knife, chop fine. Or if you have a food processor run the cabbage thru the processor. All you are looking for is fine cabbage.
I use the processor and then do the carrots too.
The celery and pepper I slice thin and chop fine.
Place all your veggies in a bowl. Measure celery seed. and sugar, place over veggies. Cover with a cloth kitchen towel and let sit/rest for 30 minutes. Last thing, pour vinegar over the top and mix. Store in glass jars to store. Can share with others, everyone loves it.
