1. 9 Large Baking Potatoes, Peeled and Diced
2. Cup Butter, Room Temperature
3. 12 oz. Cream Cheese, Room Temperature and Cut Into Small Pieces
4. Cup Sour Cream
5. tsp. Ground Nutmeg
6. Salt and Pepper to Taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Cook potatoes until tender.
2. Mix butter, cream cheese, and potatoes.
3. Beat with electric mixer.
4. Beat in sour cream.
5. Serve immediately or reheat at 300 for 20 minutes.
