1 1/2 cups pecan halves

1 cup sugar
1/3 cup evaporated milk
1/2 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook the sugar, milk and cinnamon to soft ball stage. Add vanilla. Gently stir in pecan halves.
Pour out and separate on waxed paper immediately.
