1 cup sugar
2 T corn starch
3 T unprocessed strawberry jello
1 cup boiling water

1 pint washed and drained whole strawberries

9” pie shell, baked

Directions:
Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until it boils for 3 minutes. Set aside and cool thoroughly.

Put strawberries into a cooked and cooled 9” pie shell

Pour the cooked mixture over strawberries. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Top with whipped cream.
