2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon granulated sugar
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
1 cup sour cream
2 can (28 oz each) french-style green beans
1 cup shredded cheese (colby-jack)
1 cup French's fried onions

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a 9x13 baking dish, or similar casserole dish, with cooking spray. Set aside.
