1 package (4 ounce serving size) jello Lemon instant pudding + pie filling
1 package (2 layer size) lemon or yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 cup water
1/4 cup cooking oil

Directions:
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in large bowl, then beat 2 minutes @ medium speed.

Bake in greased and floured 10 inch tube pan @ 350 F. for 55-60 minutes or until cake springs back when lightly pressed. Cool in pan 15 minutes. Remove from pan.

Sprinkle with confectioners sugar, if desired.
