3 cups raspberries, crushed
5¼ cups sugar
¾ cup water
2 oz. Certo crystals

Directions:
Directions:
Measurements must be exact, the sugar must be dissolved and the recipe cannot be doubled. Wash the raspberries and mash them. Place the raspberries in a large bowl. Add the sugar and let stand until the sugar is completely dissolved. Combine the water and Certo. Bring to a boil for at least 1 minute, stirring constantly. Pour the Certo into the fruit and stir for 3 more minutes. Put the jam into the containers and allow to remain at room temperature until it has set , 24 hours. Store in the freezer.
