1 bag of fresh or frozen broccoli, 10-16 oz
1 medium onion
can cream of celery soup
can cream of chicken soup
cup of mayonnaise
1 egg
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 sleeve of Ritz or Townhouse crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Steam broccoli, chop onion, mix together. Mix all the rest of the ingredients together except 1 cup of cheese. Put the remaining cheese on top along with the crushed crackers. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
