Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 devil's food cake mix
1 small package chocolate instant pudding
4 eggs
1 cup sour cream
¼ tsp. Vanilla extract
½ cup warm coffee or water
½ cup coconut or vegetable oil
1 ½ cups semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients except the chocolate chips into a mixing bowl and beat on low for one minute. With a spatula, scrape down the sides of the bowl and mix for three additional minutes on medium speed. Add the chocolate chips and stir in by hand. The batter will be quite thick. Pour batter into a well-greased bundt pan. Bake 45-50 minutes at 350º. Cool cake in the pan for 20 minutes and then invert onto a serving plate. After cake has adequately cooled we dust it with powdered sugar, slice and serve with fresh coffee or vanilla ice cream. Serve it up on a napkin and PR calls it a “handy cake”!
