1 (10 ounce) package refrigerated pizza crust
2 garlic cloves, pressed
2 ounces fresh romano or parmesan cheese, grated
2 cups (8 ounces) shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tsp dried oregano, divided
2 firm roma tomatoes, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375. Roll out pizza crust to with 1 -inch of edge of rectangle stone. Press garlic over crust; spread evenly. Sprinkle half of romano cheese over crust. Top with half of mozzarella cheese and 1 tsp oregano. Thinly slice tomatoes; arrange in single layer over cheese. Top with the remaining mozzarella and oregano. Top with remaining romano cheese. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. Cut into 24 squares; serve hot.

Yield: 12 (2 appetizers) servings
