1 Can of crushed tomatoes (28 oz)
2 Medium size steaks of the cheaper variety
Salt & pepper to taste
Garlic Powder
2 tsp barbecue sauce
2-3 oz salsa

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375-400ºF.
2. Dredge the raw steaks in flour making sure to coat both sides
3. Place them in an oven safe dish
4. Pour the tomatoes over the steaks making sure both sides are well coated.
5. Add pepper, garlic powder, and the BBQ sauce for taste.
6. with 2-3 minutes to go, add the salsa and heat through.

The tomatoes act as a tenderizer and break the steak down very nicely. You can buy a cheap cut of steak since it marinades and tenderizes so much during the cooking process.
