Ingredients:  
1 inch thick slices of bread like a nice baguette.
Good olive oil.
Salt and pepper
Fresh, ripe tomatoes
Kosher or flaky sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Cut the crusty baguette or bread into one inch thick slices.
Generously brush both sides with good olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Grill over medium high heat, turn once, until lightly charred, about 3 minutes.
Rub the warm bread with the cut side of a half of a tomato.
Sprinkle with flaky salt.
