1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch mix (traditional, not buttermilk)
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup buttermilk
2 tomatillos remove husk, diced
1/2 bunch cilantro, fresh
1 clove garlic
1 lime, juiced
1 jalapeno, for mild - remove seeds, for spicy - leave seeds in

Directions:

1. Add all ingredients in to a blender
2. Blend for about 1 minute or until smooth
3. Serve as a dressing over a salad or as a dip for chips and veggies.
Chill to stiffen up a bit.
