4 limes, divided
1 (12 ounce) can frozen cranberry juice
3 cups cold water
1 pint raspberry sorbet, softened
2 liters (8 cups) ginger ale, chilled

Directions:
Directions:
1. Slice two of the limes using mandoline fitted with v-shaped blade; set aside. Pour cranberry juice concentrate and water into large pitcher.

2. Juice remaining limes into pitcher. Scoop sorbet into pitcher. Stir gently to combine. Add ginger ale and lime slices. Stir gently until well mixed. Serve over ice.

Yield: 16 servings
