1 lb hot breakfast sausage
8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
3 cups Bisquick biscuit mix

Directions:
Directions:
Mix with your hands. Shape into small balls.
To make ahead: Place on a cookie sheet and freeze. Transfer to freezer bags when frozen.
When ready to cook, bake at 325º for 35 minutes. Do not thaw before baking.
To bake immediately, bake in a 350º oven for 15-20 minutes.
