1 Refrigerated pizza dough
Flour, for dusting
3 TBS Olive oil
Sliced mozzarella log, approximately 6 slices
Pizza sauce
1-Spicy Italian sausage
1/2 cup sliced Mushrooms
Oregano, to taste
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425ºF. Take the dough out of packaging and place on a flour covered workspace for 30 minutes. While the dough is settling pan fry 1 Italian sausage over medium/high heat until cooked thoroughly. Slice into the desired size. Halve the desired amount of mushrooms. Once the dough has settled, slowly add flour and knead until the dough has lost almost all tackiness, proceed to roll out/flatten the dough to your desired thickness. Add 1 ½ TBS of olive oil and coat the face side of the dough. Add 1 ½ -2 tablespoons of pizza sauce on top, spread. Add the desired amount of mozzarella (going overboard will result in a soggy pizza). Add sausage. Add mushrooms. Add the desired amount of oregano. Sprinkle on a pinch of salt. Place in oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
