2 eggs
1 T sugar
c orange juice
Butter
t salt
1 T grated orange rind
6 slices bread

Directions:
Directions:
Break eggs in shallow bowl. Beat lightly. Stir in salt, sugar, orange rind, and juice. Heat butter in skillet. Quickly dip half slices bread into egg mixture, turn until well coated. Pan fry until brown and crisp. Turn once. Remove from pan, dust with powered sugar and server with sausage and syrup.
