1 st. butter
2 boxes Jiffy cornbread mix
8 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
1 onion, chopped
4 eggs
Directions:
Directions:
Thaw broccoli; drain well. Melt butter. Mix all ingredients together; pour into baking dish. Bake at 450º for approx. 25 minutes.
