"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

Ingredients:
Ingredients:
3 oz cream cheese
1 pkt of Dream Whip mix
1 large can pineapple chunks
2 cans mandarin oranges - large or 4 small
1 jar maraschino cherries
nuts, optional

Directions:
Directions:
1. Soften cream cheese.
2. Make Dream whip according to package directions. Then gently mix in cream cheese till
well blended. **You can substitute Cool Whip for this step.
3. Drain all the fruit and place in large bowl. Fold in the Dream Whip mixture.
4. Add nuts, if desired.
5. Additional options: you can add other canned fruit like peaches or pears. You can also fold in some
miniature marshmallows; these absorb the extra fruit juices and keep the salad from becoming
"soupy" if you're storing it overnight.
