1 # ground chuck
6 oz. tomato paste
3 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
16 oz. petite diced tomatoes
1 lg. onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. minced garlic
1 Tbsp. oregano
tsp. black pepper
2 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
2 tsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
c. Parmesan cheese
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Brown meat & onion; drain. Return to pot and add remaining ingredients. Cook on med-high heat until hot. Reduce heat & simmer for 1 hour.
