3 # ground chuck
2 c. instant oatmeal
2 eggs
1 lg. can evaporated milk
1 c. onion, chopped
1 tsp. garlic salt
Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Shape into balls. Freeze in a single layer on a cookie sheet. After frozen, store in a plastic container or a zip-loc bag. Thaw as many meatballs as you need for a serving.

Place meatballs in a baking dish & spoon sauce over them. Bake at 350º for approx. 1 hour.

Mix well. Sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for several weeks.
