Dry herb jars

Crust:
3/4 cup graham crumbs
1 T sugar
3 T butter, softened

12 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
3 T key lime juice
Zest of limes
4 oz Cool Whip (at least)

Crust:
Combine first 3 ingredients, divide into jars. Tamp down lightly.

Pie:
Mix next 5 ingredients, then fold in the Cool Whip.

Spoon into jars. Top with more Cool Whip

Refrigerate about 5 hours.

I made this for Book Club once when I needed individual desserts. Each could take theirs home. I used Kerr jelly jars (plastic) because we were off site, but glass jars or ramekins would be nice.
