PRUNE FILLING:
1 c chopped cooked prunes
c raisins
Grated rind of 1 lemon
c sugar
c prune juice
Mix and boil together until thick; cool.
Add c chopped walnuts.

JAM FILLING:
Strawberry jam along.
Orange marmalade; add chopped nuts.
Any fruit marmalade can be either alone or add nuts or coconut.

PINEAPPLE FILLING:
1 c crushed pineapple
1 Tbsp brown sugar
Mix together and fill

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out bread dough or roll dough to inch thickness; cut in rounds. Let rise. Just before baking, make a depression in the center of each bun and put a spoonful of fruit and nut filling. Brush buns with cream and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes. Glaze with powered sugar icing.
