1 c. Hot Water
1 pkg orange Jello
1 c. Sweetened cooked rhubarb
1 Tbsp lemon Juice
c. Mayonnaise
1 pkg cream cheese
1 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
Pour 1 c. hot water over 1 pkg orange jello and stir; put in refrig to start to thicken. Add sweetened cooked rhubarb and set aside until cool. Mix together well the lemon juice, mayonnaise, & cream cheese. Add to gelatin when it starts to thicken. Fold in whipping cream; whipped, if desired. Pour into a mold. Serve on lettuce.
