Ingredients:
5 # white potatoes
c. milk
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
3 tsp. salt
2 st. butter
1 Tbsp. pepper

Directions:
Peel & cut potatoes into chunks, but not too small. (You don't want to have potato soup when you're finished.)
Cover with water; add salt. Cook until tender, being careful not to overcook them. Drain, leaving a small amount of water in the bottom of the pot. Add butter, milk, mayonnaise & pepper. Beat with an electric mixer on high speed until creamy with no lumps. If they are too dry, either add extra butter or milk according to your preference. I always choose extra butter!

Personal Notes:
I wish I had $1 for every dish of mashed potatoes I've cooked in my lifetime...I'd have a nice little nest egg. LOL
